装订步骤：
- A4 纸 5 张一组，对折，折痕一边打孔 5 个，使孔分割边为
25+40*4+25 - 第一组穿线，从折痕外侧第一个孔下针，交叉走针至另一端，再交叉走针回来，在开始的那个孔位置，打结，再回到外侧，线头带出来
- 加上第二组，同样从第一个孔进去，第二个孔出来，在对应的第一组孔位置反绕几圈拉紧再进回第二个孔，继续
- 压住，涂胶
- 粘半张 A4 纸在书脊上，多的折过来
- 制作书壳
